Do I need an appointment?

No appointment needed to come in during normal business hours and we will help you.

How long does it take to get my area rug clean?

It usually takes about 10-14 days to get your rug clean and ready to pick up. We will always call you when your rug is ready to go.

Can you get all stains out of carpets?

We try our best to get your stains out, however, it is impossible to get every stain out.

Will my pet fur/hair come out of my carpet during cleaning?

We try our best to get out pet hair with regular cleaning and vacuuming, however, it is impossible to get all the hair out.

What do you use to clean the wall to wall carpets in my home?

We use high water temperatures up to 230 degrees, this breaks down more dirt, dust, and grease, also we use a higher PSI, the steam and solution penetrate deeper into carpets, with very high suction power remove more water and carpets dry faster.

Can you get all smells out of my carpets?

No, it is impossible to get all smells out, however, we do work really hard at cleaning the best we can.
